The Supervisory Board

On the 29th of April 2014, in the company ZPE ZAPEL S.A. was held the General Meeting of Shareholders, during which the Supervisory Board was selected.
The Supervisory Board composition:
Mr. Marek Augustyn - Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Mrs. Jadwiga Pieńkosz - Vice-President of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Tadeusz Bieniek - Member of the Supervisory Board
The new Supervisory Board will meet its obligations over the next three years.
