Organisation chart changing

At the request of the President of Executive Board, the Supervisory Board of ZAPEL passed a resolution to change the company's organisation chart on 29.03.2016.
According to the new structure of the Management Board of the company will be working in a triple composition:
1. President of Executive Board, General Director - Roman Leśniak
2. Vice President of Executive Board, Director - Jacek Leśniak
3. Vice President of Executive Board, Director - Zbigniew Sowa
The direct cause of the change is retirement of Vice President, Director Stanisław Onak from the date 01.03.2016.
